Too bad the fast cast part of recast cap is -25% anyway, you can only reduce recast further with haste.
I've tried fast cast -64%, but it still only gives -50% cast time, -25% recast.
@pha. some of us dont like dealing/playing with alliances and drops and waiting to get enough points, waiting to get into the right dyna, etc etc, rather just our friends and or on completely our own time, so i find that too bad and welcome these seemingly buy-able pants.
