Like all the others, clearly just a WS piece. While it looks great upon first glance, the Skill +5 will translate into Attack +5, and less than 5 accuracy. The Conserve TP is nice, but for damage, a WS based AMKD headpiece will be far superior. I'm going to get rated down aren't I?
