Remember when you were young and...
How could I forget this?
When I was a kid it was common to smack stuff with a stick when nobody was watching. We would seek out good, strong sticks and hide them after a good day of swatting at trees so we could repeat the same process the next day.
![]() Training with these is how I became such a master swordsman years later. Btw, the pen is not mightier than the stick. I thing POGs were already mentioned (I quoted them from someone else hehe) but omg! Hackey Sack!! I can't even begin to count how many hours I played hackey sack with my siblings lol. Was definitely one of the things I enjoyed during summer that didn't involve sitting my *** down infront of a screen lol
I want to be a kid again :(

I wonder if kids nowdays will have the same nostalgia that we do when they get older. Idk, I honestly don't think it will be the same for them as their primary source of entertainment are computers and other electronics that continually get better so fast. We had all kinds of silly things we did to pass time as kids, cuz we didn't have all this stuff (most of us didn't, anyways!).
It could be like cars... You know, the 1950~1975 era has a very huge nostalgia following while cars beyond that tend to just be less important. It's probably because it was the absolute pinnacle of american engineering, of course... Since nobody brags about having a 1960 toyato, thats just trash! But yea, our cars we drive nowdays will almost certainly never have the same nostalgia effect 50 years down the road like the 50-75's do on us today. So yea, will kids of today be like us one day, feeling nostalgic over halo 3? or will they be more ungrateful since electronic entertainment and such are markets that constantly get better, every month of their lives? Most of us kinda look back at the "Before technology made us zombies" era. They were different times! Speaking of nostalgia...Gotta go find my TIM disc.
Does Anyone remember Air Pro Hockey?
I can't seem to find a good picture of one. The closest I can get is this: Crappy picture of an Air Pro Hockey in a newspaper ![]() Also for a great TV game shows... Those temple guardians scared me as a kid... Don't you wish exercise could always be this fun? No gameshow will ever have a theme song that can top this. Seraph.Corrderio said: No gameshow will ever have a theme song that can top this. DO IT ROCKAPELLA!!!! lol i loved that show when i was younger also..salute your shorts and pete and pete were both AWESOME lol Bahamut.Ceviilla said: ![]() I wasn't a huge fan of Salute Your Shorts mostly since back then unless it was a cartoon I didn't care for it. Speaking of Cartoons... My mom loved Heffer, heck she used to call our car a heffer. These were great until Cartoon Network renewed them, they never felt the same after that. Johnny became even more of an idiot and Dexter's new art just looked bleh compared to past seasons. Also, this show deserved more than 2 seasons. It was f*cking epic. Probably my favorite show on Cartoon Network (Back when it was good) I don't know if anyone mentioned...
