Desynth List On Item Page

Gonna quote from two ppl who left a comment on the Ash lumber page.

"Ctownwoody I think that's a good idea, it's annoying scrolling down past all the desynths. There is a huge space to the left that is free, perhaps putting a seperate column for desynths there? Just a thought.""

I agree that this would be a great idea. Whats the chances of anything like this being implemented?
