I proposed on February 14th, 2009 and made a Gold Ring with my name on it as an engagement ring.
Basically, you have to choose 3 options that are typical.
Then, in the comments section, you choose HoG.
After that, you have to mention it in every e-mail between the Chaperone and SE/GMs.

But we f'ed up the event and only he was able to get the signed wand and I was like QQ! But I think he forgot and logged out that night, so I never got mine. I bug him about it like everyday.
So while we were waiting on Omega last weekend I brought it up again and he was like, "We should just get rings" and I was like :OOO "Let's get married!"
Soo... that's what happened! lulz

You only have to have a job 20+. And the prices depend on where you want to have it. Different areas accommodate different sizes. I think the most expensive is 240k with 40 people? o.o
As for levels, I meant in terms of obtaining the gil (in a hastey fashion, that is), silly :P

I do know that you have to choose your job (and it can't be DNC or PUP), location (from a list), and your type of wedding (Sandy, Windy or Bastok). If it's a Sandy wedding, weapons are worn. If it's Bastokan or Windhurstian, then it's different.
