It's the same way as you eat anything else... put in your mouth, chew (optional only!) then swallow :D It's pretty much the same with eating raw fish with rice, aka sushi :P The best way to eating Dinuguan (literally meaning "bloodied") is to think it's Chocolate soup, it's all in the mind :P Personally I can't eat Dinuguan because of the taste and I'm prohibited to anyway ><
What makes me wonder is that when I have American guests, they refuse to eat Fried Chicken if I put it beside Spaghetti saying it's "weird", but they don't hesitate in eating raw fish when I prepare sashimi and eat it beside rice :P I guess what is weird is culturally constructive lol
