Depends what you use your rng for. HNM = racc + snapshot. Everything else = rattk + snapshot
you can always decide to use sushi or OMG put on an racc ring.

Anyways if I finish my ebisus rod anytime I'll continue rng myself and do it(still only lvl 40).
