For pretty much most DD jobs out there. The Military Parade effect is STR +8, DEX +8, VIT +8, AGI +8 with your weapon drawn as well.

No, I didn't miss the point at all. If you said i wish blu could use ridill sure i'd leave it at that, but you implied that blu does not have a multi hit weapon and I was correcting you on your misinformation.
Note the part where i said get out of 2009, it implied that tihs weapon is recent, since 2009 was not long ago.
