Profile Not Syncing With Linkshell Community

My profile hasn't updated since the server merge (Seraph -> Bismarck). Made sure all the setting were checked on both profiles to be available publicly. Even clicked queue for update for the past week or so. Any ideas?

I'm having a similar problem. Even though, I wasn't envolved with the server merge, since then my profile hasn't been updating. Funny thing is, my titles and purchases HAVE been updating correctly but not my job levels and the like.

I even clicked on "queue for update" but, nothing's happening.

If you merged into Bismarck, I'm pretty sure you'd have to create an account for your character on Bismarck now. I don't think ffxiah can recognise server transfers, it's still looking for you on seraph. :(

Kujata merged in to my server, and when I queue for update it acts as though I hadn't at all. Hopefully they'll fix it soon. Also, my achievement section isn't displaying. Not sure what's up.

Your LSC url is blank. Re-add it and try again. Our system automatically clears out bad URLs.

To avoid confusion, there isn't a need to create a new account. Just verify your character on your existing account.

I predict that some people that transferred will attempt to copy the LSC URL from their old character to the new one. This will likely not work. Your transferred character will have a new LSC URL. I'm not saying this is what is happening here but our spider will remove invalid URLs by making sure the server and character name match up. This is a symptom that a few of you are having.

If your character didn't transfer but was in one of the servers involved with the merge, it's possible that your LSC url changed.

yeah, are you trying to goto the link? LSC likes to make you enter from the front page.

Achievements and rankings are computed every x amount of time on our server. If you aren't properly linked to the LSC, you aren't included in the achievement point system. Since you were just linked up to the LSC, there will be a delay.

I'm having the same problem. I'm registered properly on the LS Community site and everything, but my profile here is stuck at 10 months ago.

Have to click "Queue for Update"

The URL you provided us no longer goes to your LS Comm profile. SE does change it on occasion without warning. I'd try going back there and re-copy-pasting it into Edit Chars. Doing so automatically queues for an update on our end anyway.

Having this issue also. My current job information is updating: Was 61WHM one day but still showing as 56 in jobs box. It appears the only thing not updating are my job levels.

Updating from community profile is returning cached (old) data this morning for me. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm guessing it has to do with the server maintenance, as I too am having that issue.

I wouldn't see why. The linkshell community isn't under any maintenance and I can access it perfectly fine.

I haven't merged and my profile hasn't updated since like friday or saturday .-.

Mine's still not working I've changed the link three or four times to all of my linkshells to make sure the link's not faulty.

I dont even exist anymore on the ls community to link mine. Which is kind of sad. Thanks server merge you screwed up my ffxiah.com life forever.

Mine dont update either since 2 days, after queue for update it changes the date of the last scan but the info dont change at all, checked the link and even added it again and still dont work either

i have also refreshed the link in my profile to the LSC.
