RDM Haste Build
Start casting in fastcast gear, complete cast in haste. If you're capping haste (50%) between gear and buffs, then just us fastcast full time.
For melee, Turban and Goliard Body will trump AF1 hat and AF2 body respectively.
For spells, stick with AF1 Hat(though Turban will give same recast benefit) and use AF2 body(slightly better recast, if Goliard body had 5% haste it would be equal).
There's a shield you can get if you're really looking to push your haste. I think it's available from Aht Urghan NPCs with use of Imperial Standing.
Haste legs can be gotten from Ultima or by completing the ASA mini-expansion.

well af hat and af2 body wont help your melee haste
Even if you are RDM/NIN, I'd still suggest using Genbu's Shield. Joy/Genbu is a pretty standard setup. Unless you are fighting something where you'll never be taking any real damage *shrug*
Nashira pants too, 2% haste.
You want for Melee build:
Wally Hat
Goliard Saio
Dusk Glove +1
Speed/V Belt
Nashira Legs or The Haste +3 Legs
Dusk Feet +1
To cast Ichi/Ni:
AF hat
AF2 Body
Dusk Glove +1
Speed/V Belt
Nashira / Haste +3 Legs
Dusk Feet +1
(Or best equivelent)
Be really careful though. Remember you're wearing Dusk. For kiting an NM you need a counter macro to hit after your Ichi/Ni that consists of changing hands and feet to comething without decreased movement speed. In the same macro you want to implement your Blood Cuisses or whatever speed gear you have.

xpantion legs w movement/haste+3 is easier to get and a lil better.
