Whitegate.
I dunno why, maybe because I used to afk there for so long it became part of me. Old game, its Samuel Barbers "Adagio for Strings", (you might recognise from Platoon.) Best use of this tune I've ever heard though. If you've played this you might remember the emotion in moment... "No one's left. Everything's gone. Kharak is burning." Also for FFXI music, this is pretty dang cool, I'll just post the 1 and you can tab through the rest so I dont spam this page. and 1 more, a cool FFXI remix, again, just tab through if you like, I wont post em all. ... sorry if repost, not going through 43 pages :P Asura.Hikikomori

Soul & Blade...
Ah how long must I wait to play this fine art of an MMO in harmony... Took a week to play some retro games I hadn't touched in 15 years, forgot how awesome some of these old school sound tracks are. Illusion of Gaia was a pretty fun game, but damn if those Vampires didn't annoy the hell out of me as a kid XD
43 pages of music and not one single post listing any music from the Ys series. Submitted for your approval, one of many excellent 20+ year old songs...

My favorite Ys Game so far, I had so much fun on my PSP with this one. After hearing this track play I was instantly satified with my purchase. There's quite a few little gems in this OST. Love the jazzy feeling of this map theme!
I really enjoyed playing the game up to "the split", too bad the 2nd half was so disappointing. :/ Most likely a repost but love this track plays during some epic missions :D

This gets stuck in my head all day and I don't care! Found this a few minutes ago.
The song itself is a musical masterpiece, and its cool to hear how its changed over the years since Castlevania began. Favorited, liked, saved to playlist all in 1 second. Offline

True story >_> OK, the intro for Ragnarok (TOAU) is much more epic, but I think this one wins in the long run! The part right before the loop is actually a remix from one of the first trailers for the expansion, which is kinda cool. |
