SE Support Nightmare

I suspect many old players such as myself are returning after hearing the update news. I have been having a TERRIBLE time contacting SE to change my SE password and am in search of a phone number to call.

Chat Support is currently taking 4+ hours to talk to a representative, with no indication of an ETA, no audio feedback for when someone actually gets to you, and a poorly coded chat interface.

The first time I went to grab a drink - came back and the rep had come and gone.

4 hours later another rep gets to me, as I type my third line of response I press backspace and I am redirected to the previous page.

As I type this I'm in line for a THIRD TIME and I'm getting pretty frustrated at this asinine process.

/please/ tell me they still have a manned phone support line with waits under 4 hours.

I think they do, and I used to know where to find it on their site but last time I looked, I couldn't find it. I usually just call them myself because if something new comes out or something like this happens, the chat does get pretty backed up.

Same here, but now they've changed the layout around and I can't find it...

On to my fourth wait in line.

They sent me my secret question/answer, but the SE site won't accept it. ._.

Even over the phone sucks, I waited about 3~4 hours before getting someone to cancel my account. SE Customer Support blows. At least the Engrish one.

It would be VERY HELPFUL if you posted that phone number.
