5% Hp and 5% Mp restored can come in handy at some times. I used them in PT on some job.

the HP/MP recovered is actually pretty nice, they're fast to use as well. If SE made a W.water tank I'd probably keep one around and have a few popped off for soloing just in case i needed the MP / to counter poison

Not used for anything other then restoring some MP/HP. Use it, regain some inventory space. Yay!
