Yes, yes it is haha. I moved here from the other side of WA after I graduated. I'm used to my harsh winters, hot summers, and sun. The rain has definately gotten to me here, after about a week of gloom I'm generally lethargic and unmotivated for anything. But I do love the city and people here.

I think even if it rained constantly, I still wouldn't mind. I think it's just nostalgia from when I used to play in the rain. I hate flooding though. Especially here, 'cause stuff from the sewers seep out.

I really don't like heavy rain over here because we have a lot of poor communities called "Colonias" which get flooded easily. I don't like to see them having a harder time than what they usually have to endure. :/
