All the time. Like.. everyday haha. It doesn't help that I have night terror dreams and I wake up randomly. Anyone know anything about dreams where your whole body is paralyzed? It's so scary I hate it.

when i was little i used to have bad nightmares, and then i got a dream catcher and they went away, and i used it up through my first year of college

I can't remember having many nightmares during my childhood, but a year ago I had almost fallen asleep when I heard an extremely loud noise, thinking it was thunder or something. I was in such a drowsy daze that I just cowered under the covers petrified xD
I later googled it and the closest thing I could find about it was Exploding Head Syndrome lawllll
