hey im clothcrafter level 99+2 leathercraft 60+1 i was wondering when i hit level 100 are there any extra's when you hit 75 you have merit points or is the HQ rate higher or something that change please let me know tyvm :)

Nope. you just get the warm fuzzy feeling of having a craft completed.

Though for some crafts when you add the +level GP items it will put you in a different HQ tier for high level crafts.
