What SE needs to do is bring the windower dev team on board. Every single thing I have used developed by that team I have enjoyed. Every SE copy of windower functions I have been disappointed with.
I'll be fixing this issue shortly.

You guys need to play with RMT tells. In dynamis we take a shot every time AF or a 100 drops. We added RMT tells into the mix. Every time a sack gets a tell, it's a shot. Talk about some drunken dynamis runs.

the only job i use /p on WS is sam since sometimes people have filter or effects off and don't know when i WS for SC(or random R0 ) and for BLM to pay attention to time their nuke like on Kirin or events that need a lot of MB... but other melee jobs i don't use any /p macros lol
oh yea and RDM just for convert /p macro....since sometimes people panic when they see their main healer HP goes to red XD

They don't even need skilled devs. They could just make a quick RMT-detection bot. Whenever a /tell is sent by a character under level 10, the bot scans it for a web address. If address is detected, send the /tell to a sub-GM. If the sub-GM determines that it's RMT, he bans the IP address.
By sub-GM, I mean someone whose sole job it is to ban RMT accounts. This can be done with minimum job skills, for maybe $7 - $8 an hour.
Bottom line is that Square doesn't want to spend $7 an hour to eliminate RMT tells. I'm not sure that's a good business decision. The RMT tells, and their end results, probably do cost Square more than $7 an hour.
But whatever.

A short list includes:
Any 2 Hour- It's rare enough to see it, might as well have some fun.
Sekkanoki- hi2u mid-skillchain Weaponskillers!
Shield Bash- Must... taunt... Target...
Tachi:Kagero- Because I use it so rarely that "/em uses Fire... It was Super Effective!" is hardly an annoyance.

The RMT must dual box 2 accounts.
One with chat filter on, and one who sends the tells.
They then must send this account tells until they can get a message through.
