Oseem Augments Question

I want to start augmenting Reisenjima gear now that they gave us the daily dark matter augments, but before I start, I wanted to know which gear I should use for which job, and which augments I should aim for? Like I hear I should aim for Phalanx +, but which jobs need it other than PLD, RUN, and RDM? And which gear sets do I get it on?

Chironic or Merlinic for RDM?
Valerean or Odyssean for PLD?
Does it even matter since I can unequip it after I receive phalanx (... I think)?

Which jobs should I get WSD gear for and on which pieces?

I have TH gear maxed out already, so I don't need suggestions for that.

Am I missing other augments I should be aiming for? I am a multiboxer with 6 characters and basically play all jobs except DRK and DRG atm.

I'd appreciate any (helpful) responses.
