Not sure you guys realize how Jhoo's group is fantastic.
They do 8 bosses runs succesfully (and when necessary Aminon HM runs) in either magic or melee mode.
They do not require voice chat, they are extremely welcoming and relaxed.
They are more than willing to teach everything necessary to whomever is willing to learn and shows he's got enough skill to avoid slowing down the group (and trust me not much is required, really).
They are fun, efficient and there's not many groups with open spots that run daily at the time when they do.

Ppl prefer 9 boss run, my feeling is ….. better don’t was te my time for “only” 8 boss.
