I didnt get KI for my kill, but I'm also sitting on an incursion lvl up that I havent turned in. So it is possible you have to cant enter incursion at a level below yours for credit.

Which would mean the wording is wrong I guess? Killing the boss not giving credit if you enter below your tier is a pretty big oversight on a 30pt daily I would think.

I'm pretty sure someone in my party got credit whose KI was a higher level than mine (we entered using my KI).

My friends account has a new mog garden and no monster rearing in it, so I tried to cancel that objective the gold disc went away but it didn't give me a new objective, so I dunno.

Assuming it was ten minutes ago, new objectives didn't load yet so it had nothing to change to.

And/Or cancelling doesn't cause autoroll, only completion does.

Or the autorollover only worked for day zero.

I cant believe they made Omen a VanaBout objective!! Think about all the new players who dont have access to Omen yet!! This is disgusting, such disrespect!!!!

Autoroll is still working; I just canceled Monster Rearing on a mule and got Sirens Tear and just completed 500+ Thunder and got Pioneer.

Mule is getting screwed again with not having RoV cleared with this Omen objective though

The requirement for Materiel storm is that you have Brass Ribbon of Service.

Edit: If you didn't miss the first set before JP Midnight. You should have 520 Plaudits. Today's reward was 90 total.

I thought I'd get cute and get Silver on same-account mules but they are definitely not making that easy.

It's relatively easy, but not braindead easy.

700 is a low enough bar for mules. You get 14 days at 30-50 points a day plus the WKR x2 and RoV objectives, automatic +30 for hitting 400

Some of the dailies are out of reach of a mule (omen, monster rearing, campaign) but still 700 easily obtainable

Yeah NIN should absolutely be able to do a San spell (or Ni) to hit it easily, especially with Futae. Dual wield ambu weapons is a good approach, M.Damage is significant for elemental ninjutsu. Gokotai, Tauret, Naegling all have M.DMG+217 each plus Macc/MAB, and you can put one in each hand. Kaja and other lower stages of Ambu weapons are pretty good too for this purpose, for characters who don't have final stage Ambu weapons.

Other minor tips if for some people people are having a hard time hitting 500 for whatever reason:
- Call Star Sybil trust for a little extra MAB
- Don't forget that magic attack buffs help elemental WS too, so if you can get a Wizard's Roll, Indi-Acumen, even something like INT etudes from a BRD (assuming an INT mod on whatever WS)... all helps.

It's trivial to do (dont try it on the heartwing, it has damage locked at 5)

It's the job changing. Only half the jobs can do it. It should just be do 500 magic damage. Now every job is good to go.

If your jutsu is zero, your spear is zero and your ele/blu skill is zero, youre ***outta luck
(same for any other specific element)

Fight the Heartwing, kill the Umbril, sacrifice the Leafkin. Easy 500+damage

Did a WKR and was in zone from the time of boss pull to death and performed multiple actions on the boss, but my objective didn't complete. Anyone else experience this?

Damn, this would surely suck if it was a game where class is determined on character creation. Fortunately, FFXI has a job change system, and one of the current endgame events literally require you to have a minimum of three jobs available.

Also I dont think "performing multiple actions" may be sufficient depending what the actions were. I've noticed that I dont get credit for reives unless everyone gets an evaluation (XP/Bayld message) atleast once.

Yeah, the objective is still active in the quests menu. I also didn't receive any item drops from the completion of the fight despite seeing the WKR success message (not the bout completion message, the general WKR one). This was for the WKR #1 objective. I completed the #2 objective shortly after. For the second one I engaged and auto-attacked while for the first one I only cast enfeebles and Dia so that may be the issue. So I guess to be safe people should make sure they actually engage and take a couple swings at a mob and don't just cast spells.

You can also fight adds and ignore the boss to generate actions that get credit, you'll also get eval for that (provided the boss is being killed)

I think for the Reive objectives (colonization or wildskeeper) you need to do enough (via time and or damage/actions) to get a positive evaluation, when i was doing the colonization one last night my main got it in 2, my friends (ie mule) took 4 because he was on RDM and undergeared so the 2nd and 3rd ones with other people there I wasn't able to do enough to get evaluated before it ended and no credit (so just standing there will not work).

Getting one eval is always a requirement

For drops. For the roe. For the coa. Bout too.

Also, it's already officially won. Not that it was ever a question. Guaranteed to get the 150% extensions.

For the Sparks VB Daily, if you spend all your sparks this week, you are unable to complete it? Seems like BS >.>
