Honestly, if I made a Sonic Belt +1 (which would require some nerve, even at 100+3), I'd be keeping it as a "trophy" item.
I'd say that was probably one of the rarest items in the game, partially because it has no noteworthy stats over it's NQ, or even over the ingredients.

To be the first non-bash post, Sonic Belts no longer exist. The ones you see on the AH and whatnot were from like 2004, and were crafted when people thought Sonic Belt was an improvement on Speed Belt. Then people wised up and realized you're gimping the unholy *** out of a belt by giving it like 3 DEF for 10 levels you're not wearing it. Then Speed Belts stop being crafted.

Sonic Belt +1 is the single biggest epeen item a Leathercrafter can sign... though they deserve a /slap upside the head for attempting it. Even the NQ gets you press though.
Given the complete lack of functional increases over the NQ or even the mats (unlike Dusk Gloves +1), I'd say you could maybe tack a couple mil on over the going rate for Speed Belt on your server just because it's such a rare item, but nobody except the whitebox hoarders will be interested so it may take time to sell.

Been seeing sonic belts pop up on server. Saw one guy bought speed belt for 30mil crafted to sonic and sold for 40mil, so there must be a market out there.

Actualy sonic belt/sonic+1 does have a use over speed belt since they are both augmentable unlike speed belt. Would take a lot of nerve to augment it but still, some ppl have the $$$ to try.
