With Boost/Ask Sash it's easy to have TP prepared before bosses, so if I don't have anyone else in group that can do Def Down, I'll do it on MNK. We usually bring a DRG for Angon, though, so I typically don't have to worry about it.

Ive wanted to put together a Mario kart ghost addon but because draw distance is limited to 50 this is pointless.

However what might be more feasible for someone so inclined would be a time trial or lap system showing +-
If I knew the actual racing terms or speed running terms I would use them lol

But based on event packet like boss kill I'm not sure if there is capturable events for bitzer touches maybe someone who uses and tinkers with super warps would know more
I think objective messages are a great target for comparing timestamps

You could also be lazy and have it tap into yesterdays logs by the logger addon there's probably a better way to do this

We always talk about if we are on pace, ahead of pace, behind etc

But I think with a tool like this, those of us that run the same paths regularly could see the places we can improve more efficiently

Sorry for the rant I wanted to quickly jot down my thoughts before I lost them

I've been using live split (speed running tool) for some time now. It's helpful to know if you're ahead or behind, which segment of the run caused the problems, etc.

FWIW, when going with a consistent group, the segments of running are nearly identical every time. There's very, very little deviation in those parts.
