I want them to actually be released and ready to be worked on before June.

Ftp boosts like Fotia could be fun for a while. MNK master race. No Naeglings.

Uncap SC and MB damage.

Put some cool spells on them like Daybreak. No Meteor mechanics unless they're gonna be functional and cool.

I nerded out and made a few mockups for what I'd love to see in prime weapons' final steps. Mostly because I want MAB bullets for RNG and built the gun around the idea of competing with gastra for magic builds but not replacing it outright:

Prime Gun:

I also wrote up what I would want as an end step Prime Staff for BLM - I approached this with the hope of making free nuking bosses less horrible and also to give it a cleaving WS so we're less totally reliable on subbing specific jobs for Cataclysm.

I also wanted the job's aftermath to proc with the awesome BLM empyrean armor set bonus:

- Grants a bonus to maximum magical damage to the mDIF cap as a flat value of 0.2

Augments "Cumulative Magic" V provides the follow:
- Each successive cast of the same cumulative magic spell on the same target will
increase this elemental damage boost by an additional 10% of base damage. The total
damage boost cap is increased from 25% to 50%
- "Cumulative Magic" includes Stoneja, Waterja, Aeroja, Firaja, Blizzaja, Thundaja, and Comet

I am going to say each Prime will have among other things an aftermath 3: Limitless, where you can now deal damage above the 99k limit. This will clearly make some things better then others. It adds an ultimate choice like the others have in the past, relic being relics(meh), empy with ODD/T, Mythic with OAT, Aeonic with Radiance/Umbral and now this with the ability to break limits.

Anybody saying they cant increase the damage limit bc of the code restrictions I would counter with the old 99m gil cap which is now 999m.

Damage limit also used to be 9.999k before it got increased to 99 iirc.

If this is a what do we want, give every ws 2, level 2 skillchain properties and whatever level 3 the weapon doesn't have, frag//disto/Light for axe would be cool, but I'd kill for fusion/grav/dark on greatsword.

Aftermath granting access to all weaponskills for that weapon type would be sick too, staff users get their cataclysm without subjob, and rune would finally get access to torcleaver which is exactly what the game needs :-D

what would be broken AF but consistent with lore is the Scythe prime ws giving back everyone in PT 50% of dmg done back as HP.

Apoc let them tank, this mfucka gonna make them curaga all the things.
Aftermath: everybody in pt gets a 45 second free sentinel, hasso, aggressor, counterstance and rampart.
Hidden effect:

Call the weapon Apocalypto and the ws 2012
