Potpourri Question

I have emporox gift bestowed and I am not getting potpourri. This is the first time I have ever seen this. I checked currencies to see if it was registering there and I am still at 2150 despite continuing to gain exp. Anyone have an answer to this? My other character is getting potpourri. ( I am 99 cping in woh gates)

It'll show up in the normal text box, when your holdable merits are capped

edit: apparently a server side issue. It started showing potpourri gains.

Your held merits have to be capped before they're converted to potpourri, yes
