Nyzul isn't that hard either, or tedious. I got 600k tokens just from doing the NNI event every now and then. Almost all solo.
There shouldn't be any excuse to pay for tokens...

actually no, no ase is used, and no enhanced speed is used either everything is completely legit, tokens take me 1 day, assaults take me 1 day and ichor taakes me 3 days

I would have guessed most people find tokens the most annoying. Assuming you're trying to build one relatively quickly, 6-8hrs of the same exact thing over and over in 30min intervals is pretty draining. Assault at least has some content variance even if the total time requirement is similar.

Before I made all the mythics, I did this. I kept 2-3 mythics worth of ichor/tokens on hand (and ~1 mythic worth of gil) at all times.

Ichor is easy. Takes a few minutes, so I just switch to BLU, knock it out, and come back a few times a day. I overfarm, so that I have more Ichor than I need for the next mythic I make.
Tokens, on the other hand, are 25-30 active, boring minutes for every single run. Yes, I can knock out multiple in a row, but the first is boring, as is each successive one.
Assaults suck too, but at least they're diverse. *** tokens.

i do this service also i shout to sell tokens all the time
The one hour wait for Ichor is annoying, sure. It's the damn spamming of the door because the 3 top zones are full due to lack of instancing and people refuse to group which really sucks.
