It takes them 2 hours to answer calls, and I can literally name 200 bots. Not to mention the yells.
Doing what they're "allowed" to do, is nothing. They don't even release you when you get legitimately stuck anymore.

i once got stuck a while ago and a GM helped me get free. maybe with the rise of tako users they figured most can help themselfs.
