Looks like some Republicans are balking at some of the wording in the bill, so that will slow things down. Pretty much inevitable, its a 700 page bill, no matter how much grandstanding Moscow Mitch does, writing laws takes time.

Regardless of what you think of his views, that shouldn’t be the basis for banning anybody. We’re plagued with hyper-aggressive trolls that insult people in a majority of their posts. Maybe they should be dealt with first before worrying about “lies”.
