BG Wiki Maps Now Available In Game

Sup. So I got all pissed off with Jugner Forest [S], Grauberg and other zones that cockblock your path when running my alt through wotg that I have decided to spend a chunk of my life modding the dats for maps in game so we can have the BG Wiki maps via the in-game map.

I have to do these one-by-one, so together they take time. I've just created a pre release with some starter zones.

Just kidding. Love the idea and initiative behind it. Just double check that you're grabbing the marked ones and not the vanilla rips.

May want to go beyond BG, it's missing a lot of the better maps.

Ha, well that solves my immediate problem!

There's only ever been a single commit to that repository (which included everything), so I wonder how maintained it is. Given time, my aim is to remaster these maps, as I feel there's a lot of noise on the existing ones, especially ones plastered with NM overlay circles that no one cares about anymore, elemental spawn areas or logging points turning the map into zitville.

Also, I'll take any requests to update any specifics on maps that people feel are needed - I know of at least one blocked pathway in Grauberg that isn't marked on the current maps.

Thanks though - having these existing dats speeds this process up a lot.

Some people actually care about those things, would be best to give options and have an addon be able to tab between the one you want for said zone, instead of just replacing the map dats.
