What is the amount of martial arts you'd want for a decently geared PUP ?

Depends on your weapon and job points.

Wing Chun seems to be a popular choice these days.

I have Kaja Knuckles right now and my JP in martial arts is capped.

assuming capped magic/gear haste roughly 23 MA with capped JP/550 JP gift +5 if no 550 gift

how do you figure?

it would be 7.36 with capped JP but not the 550 gift

Hm, last time i use xicalc then, showed i didnt hit floor til i added 22~ ma, or used haste samba which floored it with no extra ma, this was with the 550 gift/capped jp

were you looking at godhands delay? each weapon is going to need different amounts

would be 22.48

Nope, plugged in 96 since kaja, and assumed it was accurate. maybe calc has pups base delay wrong? Not at home atm to pull it up and verify

EDIT: That's exactly what it was, calcs got pup with MA IV and not V so i was 20 MA off. So yes, bout 7 with no gift and 2 with. Thanks for the call out austar
