New impeachment scam thread. Nice people only.

Schiff being one? https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/whistleblower-spoke-to-schiff-aides-before-filing-complaint there's tons of news articles on it, call it facts I don't like if you want tho That NYT article did nothing to prove Schiff had direct knowledge of the whistleblower's identity, it didn't even allege it.

As in, people not named Schiff. Next it will be, schiff isn’t involved in what his aids did.
Everyone knows who the guy is at this point Eric Cariemella. Schiff has leaked it himself in his transcripts. Yet here he is today claiming he doesn’t know who he is. Verified liar The guy who launched an impeachment campaign off of one person's second or third-hand testimony didn't know the identity of this person, but his underlings did. Sounds totally legit.
Schiff also repeating the known falsehood that Russia hacked the 2016 election.

Schiff knowing the whistleblower makes him a witness in this proceedings. He SHOULD be called to testify. But he wont because he's running this show. That’s a MAJOR conflict of interest at the very least and completely corrupt.

We know how it played out, the whistleblower had a complaint and wanted to know how to file it, he reached out to Chairman Schiffs staff, they told him to go through the IG. That's the extent of the interaction. Nausi said: » Schiff knowing the whistleblower makes him a witness in this proceedings. He SHOULD be called to testify. Look how many people here don't agree with that. Multiple credible witnesses have confirmed it, people here denying it means nothing. We know Congress approved the money in May. We know Trump blocked it until September 11th. Viciouss said: » volkom said: » Viciouss said: » volkom said: » Viciouss said: » Uh huh, what members of Congress? um.. So the extortion or the bribery or the Quid pro quo or whatever never actually happened. The only thing lefties have is to claim they heard Trump wanted to commit bribery or extortion or a quid pro quo from someone else. Which is nothing more than hearsay, and is contradicted by the Ukrainian President, but he’s got to be in on it (or something). Schiff blew this BIG time. Pelosi is gonna jump ship by the weekend i bet. This has already been proven false. The money was approved for release in May, it was blocked by Trump until September 11th. volkom said: » Viciouss said: » volkom said: » Viciouss said: » volkom said: » Viciouss said: » Uh huh, what members of Congress? um.. Secondly the “favor” had nothing to do with investigating Biden, it specifically related Ukraines role the 2016 election scam and crowdstrike. Third the legislation has deadlines for which the aid is to be given by and the aid was given by those deadlines. Theres no evidence anything improper happened, only innuendo and hearsay. By libs own standards they would have hung Obama, we had an alliance with them and had pledged to defend them if russia ever attacked them. But what did Obama do when Russia took Crimea?

And there hasn't been any more proof that Trump did wrong than what has been for Hunter. It's all hearsay and supposition with contradictory evidence and statements for both. This is why we need full transparent (not this carefully curated ***we've been getting) investigations into BOTH

I'm pretty sure hearsay and speculation will hold up in a Senate trial though !

They should make Trump put on a glove if it doesn't fit you must acquit !

We know Trump blocked foreign aid for 4 months, that's an act of wrongdoing. volkom said: » Viciouss said: » volkom said: » Viciouss said: » volkom said: » Viciouss said: » The GOP gas been accusing, without evidence, Schiff of having interacted with and spoken to the whistleblower directly. He has denied it and there isn't any evidence that disproves him. but in the closed testimony hearings it was stated that schiff blocked any attempts and questions about identifying the whistleblower's identity. We don't have any info on what questions were asked or phrased but how would he know to stop a question if it would potentially expose the whistleblower. The witness could give whatever answer to a question and then say the name as part of the explanation.... Right, the name of the whistleblower is protected by whistleblower laws. It gives them the right to file a complaint anonymously, which they did. The GOP has been launching a concerted effort to expose the person's identity, and Schiff has stopped them every time. Officially, no one in Congress knows who the person is. They just have the complaint. but technically wouldn't the guy not be considered a whistleblower because the info they know is all second/third hand knowledge? No, he is considered a whistleblower, and the law protects him. First/second/third hand knowledge doesn't invalidate his complaint. ah, you right. the form wording was changed and the person didn't file the complaint first before talking with certain members of congress ~ suspicious Oh it gets worse then that, Eric didn't even write the complaint it was written by his lawyer under direction from the chair of the house intelligence committee. The big giveaway was that Eric is a CIA agent not a lawyer, yet the complaint form and it's annexes were clearly written by someone with extensive legal expertise. This isn't unheard of, I mean if your going to hire an attorney then it's usually best for them to fill out everyone and send it to you to review and sign. The difference is there is usually a special form you attach where you state it was prepared by this attorney and that you've designated them as your legal representative. Which brings me to an interesting point, good lawyers are stupidly expensive out here (DC area). A CIA agent doesn't make enough money to retain one much less pay for all these services, so who exactly is paying this lawyer with deep connections to the Democrat National Committee? |
