Yep, since December nausi. They had already moved almost 1,000 "troops" (aka just another person to bribe) down to their border. They had already agreed to take back asylum seekers while waiting for their hearing, notice all the lawsuits that have been filed since December? There is nothing new in this deal. We have known about it all for 7 months.
Its just Trump trying to save face, and you have no sources to disprove me. This is easy.
