The government should do the minimum of what it needs to operate.
The last thing we need is more bureaucrats Don't tell that to a bureaucrat Fone.
You will be filling out forms in triplicate if you do. Odessa gunman bought weapon through private sale: Sources

Don't know where you got you "Majority of gun owners" part, but I sit monthly with many gun owners who oppose UBCs. Ones that do, don't tend to know the details of what it entails. I know even liberal gun owners that are against UBCs. Last I checked, failing a NICS background check was prosecuteable. It's a felony to lie on the NICS check. Why wasn't he prosecuted? We already have another law for that Chanti? Why didn't the police go to him then and arrest him and put him in jail? Why make another law punishing lawful gun owners? Your side cries for stuff that won't do a damn thing. How bout enforce the current gun laws? Tell that messiah of ya'lls, Beto, to go flail his arms at the police, not gun owners. Fun Fact: I Myself would not be opposed to a BAN on personal sales of firearms. Like a sale from me to Fone or whatever. I disagree with it on HOW it would be enforced and the PRINCIPAL of someone telling me what to do with my property, but more or less ok with it since, I don't plan on selling my firearms and I ALWAYS go thru a Background check when buying my guns. Democrats don't care about kids. If they did they wouldn’t let people abort almost 1/2 million of them every year.

For the record, do you agree with the Act Elizabeth Warren proposed? I quoted it and provided a source on the previous page.
Critics are out in full force over Chapelles mew special. The lefty elites have deemed it not funny, and if you disagree then you’re a nazi.

For perspective a lifelong best friend is a second amendment fundamentalist and is against UBCs and red flag laws. So I am familiar with the anti arguments. I am not familiar with Warren's proposal despite your noble attempt to educate us on it. Carbuncle.Skulloneix

I'm not sure what the proper procedures are after a person fails the check, other than not being able to purchase the firearm at that time. Carbuncle.Skulloneix

It doesn't matter how people get guns legally or illegally.
This guy was probably going to kill people regardless. Gotta get rid of those right wing trolls after all.
