Yup, the "independent" investigation is over. It's now 100% in the realm of politics. If the Dems want to alienate the center with an impeachment ploy that has zero chance of ousting Trump, I sincerely hope that they shut up and do it already.

Anything short of "he committed a crime" is completely irrelevant. That's how the law works. Say it with me, "A prosecutor's job isn't to prove innocence."

This is exactly what Mueller addressed. He can't say he committed a crime because he is the president and cannot be indicted meaning he cannot be put on trial.
Again, back to complete irrelevance. Saying, "I can't tell you if he committed a crime or not" isn't the same as saying, "He committed a crime." Therefore, speculation is moot. I don't know why libs are taking this as a win. Mueller shot down any last hope that he'd be the man to take Trump down, and Heaven knows nobody else has the ability to do it.

It's not up for speculation, there's enough information in the Mueller report for congress to take a decision, by either starting impeachment proceedings or not.
Mueller leaves it up to congress because it's out of his jurisdiction and won't do a massive blunder like Comey by putting his opinion in his statement.
Yea Congress isn't going to do anything. Half of Congress is running as a Democrat in the 2020 election also.

He didn't take the opportunity to recount the evidence or provide any new findings. So if there is no evidence of a crime yet there is no confidence someone did not commit one, then there is no evidence one did not commit a crime.
