Considering it's a decent drop rate and there's so few RDM, it often goes to the floor. /shrug

Yeah - this is honestly an item of frustration for long-term Omen groups since basically every single person in the entire alliance would have one of these in the same time it took to get 1-2 hand drops.

Don't let someone hose you on this - something in the range of 1-5M is fair.
