Noticed quite a few people have changed their various class spreadsheets to show the current WSD issue.
Curious as to what options I have to modify to show this in mine, would appreciate if someone could post/PM me.

On the Weaponskill sheet, there should be a subcolumn labeled Dmg; this is column W on my sheet, but may differ between the different jobs.
To make WSDMG apply to all hits, move the * Set1WSDMG multiplication so that it applies to every factor (using parenthesis). Do that for every cell in that column.

You did it correctly. You'll need to copy that cell and paste it in the entire Dmg column for Set1. Then add it manually once for Set2 before copy pasting for the whole column again.
If you wanna do it quick to check you could remove the wsd from the sets and add it as mythic bonus %
