Well here's my thoughts on it: If you feel cold, you can layer up. Anyone can, there's nothing stopping anyone from wearing a sweater. However if you feel too hot, there is very very little you can do, especially in an Office environment. You cannot remove clothing and the only relief in sight is maybe keeping a little fan by you at all times...

So... Yeah... In my personal opinion, I would rather everyone be cold and wear layers to set their own comfort instead of the women being comfortable in 75-80°F while the men get sweaty and nasty. I don't think anyone wants to work in an office space that smells like a bunch of sweaty men so honestly, pick your battle lol.

Like I said though, just my opinion. That was an interesting video, thanks for sharing.
