No they aren’t. We litterly just saw democrats put forth that lavanaugh was guilty of a crime to which there was no corroborating evidence for, and it was his obligation to proove he didn’t do something.

Obviously nausi is trying to make enormous leaps that Democrats want to ABOLISH DUE PROCESS because of the Kavanaugh hearings, but its not being bought.
