Don’t forget you actually have to sign your non disclosure agreement with your real or in his case alias’ name for it to be legally binding.

The shell company used to pay stormy agreed to end the agreement voluntarily. I don't think an explicit reason was given but it's assumed that the NDA was invalid anyway since they can't be used to cover illegal behavior, i.e., the thing Cohen plead guilty to.
