Mrs. Ford claims there was another person in the room as a witness.

The witness denies it ever happened....
The alleged accomplice also said, in a mea culpa book he wrote, that he was a black out binge drinker in high school.

It is alleged that he and Kavanaugh were both stinking drunk.

So he can't remember jack about it. If he is called to testify his own book will nullify any testimony he could give.
No he didn’t

100% facts I don't like.

Yes shiroi but once you ask “if its true” you have to wonder why she isn’t then coming forth to be put under oath and tell us all what happened.

From then on the narrative falls apart pretty quickly.

She didn't reply to emails within 24 hours, SHE'S OBVIOUSLY LYING.
Nope thats ***.

Come forward with days left before a vote then you have to expect to move fast.

If you don’t then it lends quite a bit of legitimacy to the case against you that says you’re just trying to delay or derail the confirmation.

Choices matter.
Curious, how long did Senator Feinstein have the letter from the Acuser before bringing it up?

From Timeline: How the Kavanaugh accusations have unfolded

Quote:
July 2018: Ford reached out to the Post's tip line as Kavanaugh's name appeared on the shortlist to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy. "Around the same time," the Post said, Ford contacted her member of Congress, California Democratic Rep. Anna Eshoo....

Late July: Ford opted to contact California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein via a letter through Eshoo's office. In the letter, Ford requests Feinstein keep the matter confidential.

It's their job to look into it, you don't like the timing fine, but don't act like tactics like these aren't used by republicans. Hell, they refused to have a SJC confirmation while Obama was president.

There is a reason it was called the Biden rule.

Yes, a whole Month goes by without mention of it from her Senator. While Feinstiene MAY have held it back to respect her wish of privacy, as stated, some media source conveniently pointed a finger at Feinstein to start the pressure to release it.

Quote:
July 2018: Ford reached out to the Post's tip line as Kavanaugh's name appeared on the shortlist to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy. "Around the same time," the Post said, Ford contacted her member of Congress, California Democratic Rep. Anna Eshoo.

July 9, 2018: President Donald Trump nominated Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court.

Late July: Ford opted to contact California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein via a letter through Eshoo's office. In the letter, Ford requests Feinstein keep the matter confidential.

Early August: On the advice of her attorney Debra Katz, Ford took a polygraph test. The Post said Katz provided the paper with the results of the test, which was administered by a former FBI agent. The results concluded Ford was truthful when she said a statement summarizing her allegations was accurate, according to the newspaper.

Late August: As Kavanaugh's nomination proceeded, Ford said she decided she did not want to go public with her accusations given the expectation that he would be confirmed. She told the Post that her thinking was, "Why suffer through the annihilation if it's not going to matter?"

September 4-7:: The Senate Judiciary Committee holds contentious hearings on Kavanaugh in which the nominee was lauded by Republicans and faced with regular interruptions from protesters. No mention is made of the allegations that would surface days later in the media.

September 12: The Intercept reported that Feinstein is in possession of a letter detailing an accusation against Kavanaugh and that she would not provide the letter to other members of the committee.

September 13: Feinstein said she received information on Kavanaugh and had "referred the matter to federal investigative authorities." CNN reported that Feinstein had forwarded a letter to the FBI relating to alleged misconduct by Kavanaugh while he was in high school and that the letter Feinstein sent had all the names redacted except for Kavanaugh's.

September 14: The New Yorker reported on the substance of the allegations without naming Ford. CNN reported on details of the allegations. Mark Judge, who was reported that day to have been Kavanaugh's friend in the room, denied the allegations in an interview with the conservative Weekly Standard. The White House issued a statement from Kavanaugh denying the allegations.

September 16: The Washington Post published an article in which Ford comes forward and details her allegations. The White House reiterated Kavanaugh's statement denying the incident occurred.

September 17: Katz said Ford would be willing to speak publicly with lawmakers as key senators voiced interest in delaying a vote on Kavanaugh's nomination. The White House stood by Kavanaugh, who was seen entering the building and who issued a new statement again denying the allegations and saying he would be willing to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee in an effort to clear his name. Maine Republican Sen. Susan Collins became one of the key undecided senators to say she welcomed testimony from both Kavanaugh and Ford. Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley, the committee chairman, said, "Anyone who comes forward as Dr. Ford has deserves to be heard, so I will continue working on a way to hear her out in an appropriate, precedented and respectful manner."

That came from that CNN Link. Looking at it the way CNN shows it, Media was unhappy the Nominee was most likely going to be approved, so they push for the document's release. The accuser claims she wanted it confidential, then why send it?

It seems really fishy the way they act and the timing they act upon it. That's my huge gripe about this all. Fiat justitia ruat caelum

PS: I will need to shower after going to CNN's website. ICCKKK. COOTIES!!!!

It was so beautiful...

From Wiki:

In an August 2016 speech in Kentucky, Senator McConnell said, "One of my proudest moments was when I looked Barack Obama in the eye and I said, 'Mr. President, you will not fill the Supreme Court vacancy.'"

The whole thing is pure ***, the ~only~ thing is her story, which changed several times since she first told it to her therapist. On the other hand dozens of women have confirmed that it's not without Kavanugh's character along with several past girlfriends and the friend who was allegedly there. It's #MeToo *** being weaponized by the Democrats exactly like many of us said it would be. For years the Democrats have been building this Politically Correct weapons platform that is designed to destroy a target's political career. It's now considered "attacking the victim" to ask any questions of a persons testimony, provided she has a vagina. The mantle of victim-hood is immediately conferred to the munitions so that it may evade scrutiny and the defensive of due process.

At this point the Republicans should just say "*** it" and confirm him. The use of political WMD's by the Democrats just shows their not going to negotiate or be satisfied with anything the Republicans do.

Welp, Kavanaugh's accuser still hasn't even agreed to testify Monday, and the whole debacle is starting to backfire. Even the Republicans are going out of their way to let her speak, so if it doesn't happen at this point then it's just going to look like this has all been a pointless delay tactic with nothing to show for it.

Ignoring Saevel's fantasies, pretty sure Mrs. Ford wants to ensure she is safe when testifying to Congress, and I wouldn't consider a public hearing with the guy that committed the sexual assault sitting a few chairs down the safest environment. We are already seeing Senators say a private hearing might be first up. Its only Tuesday, plenty of time to make sure this is done right. They already delayed the vote which was supposed to happen next Thursday. She will certainly testify, and nothing is "backfiring."

Relaying actual facts? Not only are you blatantly assuming that Kavanaugh committed the offense as evidenced by your language, but actually suggesting that she could in any way be "unsafe" by his mere presence.

If the shoe were on the other foot, you would take one look at her history of partisan activism and at least raise an eyebrow if not discredit her entirely.

And yes, having to sit next to the person that committed a crime against you is definitely not the optics that the GOP wants right now. Its bad enough that every Republican at the hearing is gonna be male, but I can pretty much guarantee they don't want that particular optic. But like I said, they have plenty of time to figure it out.
