Asura - New Endgame LS Looking For Active Members

AvantGarde is a new endgame linkshell on Asura. We are a group of friends who enjoy playing the game to it's fullest. Most of us have been playing FFXI for a very long time (I myself have been playing since NA PC release) and are very experienced with different aspects of the game. Currently we are seeking experienced and skilled players to fill our new roster. We do not want a huge roster of inexperienced or "lazy members" as we prefer low-manning certain events instead we're looking for competent people to be able to low man and accomplish different things at the same time and have enough for events that require more than 10-12 members. Unwanted gear/synth materials will be sold and split between members. We do not intend to camp HNMs heavily so we are shifting our focus to more casual-friendly events such as Einherjar, KS99, ZNM, SCNM, Sea, Sky, Salvage, & Dynamis. Event times generally start after 4pmEST/9pmGMT.

Monday-Zeni farm 4pm, Einherjar 6:30pm
Tuesday-SCNM farm 4pm, Ouryu/Baha 8pm
Wednesday-Sea/sky farm 4pm, Limbus 8pm
Thursday-ZNMs 4pm-
Friday-Zeni farm 4pm, Einherjar 6pm, SCNM 8pm
Saturday- Dynamis 4pm, KS99/Ouryu/Baha 8pm

Basic Requirements:
-sky & sea access
-Qufim, Vollbow, & Li’Telor outposts
-all ToAU staging points
-all expansions (excluding add-on expansions)
-ability to work as a team player
-willingness to listen, learn, and try new things
-willingness to improve and/or level new jobs that the linkshell needs
-knowing your job’s roles in different situations
-knowing when it’s time to be serious vs. when it’s time to have fun
-unselfishness

It should be noted that we do Einherjar in a seperate shell, so we are also taking applications for EinherjarOnryLS on the forums. It is not necessary to apply for the Einherjar section if you are submitting an endgame application. More information can be found at AvantGardels.co.cc
