quick update because i could actually be arsed lol

update v1.7.2.8 "Customization enhancements"

]added new command //gi show logo (will toggle logo on and off)
added removal of logo with //gi hide
changed directory structure to enable custom image design of the blocks
added new command //gi theme [arg]
[arg] being the name of the folder with new images, will perform a check that the folder exists and that all the original file names exist also
as an example i created the custom1 directory where all the blocks are now blue but have retained the original name. To use it simply type //gi theme custom1. This now enables people to share themes they create. please note you will need to keep the original pixel size of the images.

As always ive tested the code minimalistically so if you run into issues feel free to pop on discord and message me (the forum is not a good place to contact me as i do not check it EVER, reminder that i no longer play the game.)

if you wish to make the background less opaque or even all the way to clear, you can change the alpha value at line 67 of the file "Image_processing.lua" from 255 (max opaque) to 0 (invisible). May add the command to change it in the future.

Regarding GearInfo not parsing the augments on hte JSE necks and the augmented REMA, currently the method for accessing the augments of items does not work for these new ones. I have posted an issue on the github tracker and the ffxiah support forum and hopefully a Dev might be able to resolve this. Until then guys, I'm sorry, theres nothing i can do to make Gearinfo process this missing data.

update v1.7.2.9 bug fixes

found here

Fixed attack calculation to reflect changes from december 2018
Fixed accuracy calculation for non ilvl weaponry
Added accuracy and str bonus from Hasso
Fixed incorrect values listed for Bards Honor march
Fixed issue where marcato and Soul voice potency bonus was not affecting the values
possibly fixed composure math from december update (please veryfy) for acc values

I'm trying to get marcato to work but its not displaying additions to my haste numbers. it has the same ma_haste, the potency does gain a .5 and it says 'marcato' at the end but it doesnt effect the values. Its working for a ls mate, so im not sure what i might have done wrong

That was fixed in v1.7.2.9

I was wondering if you know if there's a way to detect when you're using an item so you could get a precast in for it?
(the only function would really be to toss on stp gear for wings)

I don't think that question is relevant to this thread at all, but..

As long as you use the item via command, I.E., you do /item "athing" <me> then gearswap can parse that. spell.name will return as the name of the item, and spell.type will be item iirc. so you can setup rules to swap gear for those items.

But if you use the item from the menu, then you're ***outta luck.

maybe i dont have everything up to date but 1 correction:

//gi show acc

doesn't toggle the ranged acc square
