if cnn is right and the fbi had manafont (for foney) under surveillance, logic and common sense dictates they would tap his cell phone, which presumably he would have on him while in trump tower but technically the justice department could also make the claim that trump tower itself wasn't tapped because that's not how you tap phones anymore anyways.

but if the cnn news is facts I don't like than I don't know what the point is... are they slow leaking so it doesn't seem as bad as it probably is or so they don't get scooped by someone else?
I go back to ramy's point earlier...how is proving trump was wrong about some dopey tweet he made six months ago more important than nailing him or one of his cronies to the wall for the "russian scandal"
