It’s the only worthwhile item from the keys I’ve seen so far, not that I’m complaining as WoC never wants to put out. And apparently the screenshot thing is a side effect of using DGVoodoo, but since it makes multi-boxing more stable on my laptop, not giving it up. Overall, the keys seem largely useless, but I’m still doing the easy quests on my mules each week in case I hit the jackpot again.

I never seen one Aug'ed item so far :x i am doing it wrong i guess ;/
You don't get augmented items directly from box but you can get the decanters which when used can give you one of the drops that enemy would from SR

It can happen either way, but the Special dial is enhanced via campaign this month as well:
