These are all lv.1 mules (get exp from doing quests but not sure if sit quest is worth buying them all HP gear when they get high enough level in 40 weeks for /heal to work), so not sure how the sit would work or what /rdm would do (I assume you are mentioning leveled mules that would have rdm 40?). Guess antacid would work but that's 64000G worth of antacid every week per account. Only stack to 12 so would have to re-send antacid to them every 3 weeks. Not sure if that is worth it.. maybe...
sit can be done mage or /mage at level 1 with cassie earring (50 hp)
or any job with bomb ring (15 hp), astral ring / physical earring (25 hp)
i do apple pie > antacid > roast shroom > antacid > grape
run to signet guy > run to gobbie box and sit > then cookie

There's very little point in using antacid on a 3 minute food. It will wear while getting signet and running around. The 5 minute one will wear over the course of the week with log ins for campaign or just sitting. So only really need to per character. Also holy hell you saying you have 16 characters per account?
Also I said Brown mage man not antacid. Greens cost all of about 60 gil each

I'm jealous every time I read the updates to this post. I get stuff like Antican Pauldrons and -1 dynamis gear. Do different Gobbies give different results. The best thing I ever got in the past year is a broken Lu rod. I'm going to start posting all of the crap stuff I get every week!

Sit one so easy just use main buy 3 elshimo pachira fruit can buy in kazham cost 154-166 each, can avoid the cost to enter her area by talking to her from side path. it acts like a poison pot and gets rid of 40 hp and can sit recover and repeat depending on health and also be careful of Mog bonus blood of vampiyr regen effect under 51% health.
Also easy to do the 4 foods and signet, guaranteed 6 keys a week.
On my crafters do the lightday synth and Dhalmel leather one too (easy leather synth only lv21 and can get that in an hour or 2).
Got a lot of rubbish but also got a lot of good r/ex stuff, also lot of void and shards for relic reforged, best drop was a Moonbeam ring worth 6mil on Carbuncle, so worth doing as many as possible.

Didn't even think about this till just now, sad about that, but instead of bothering with the poison foods, have them be RDM and just convert for the 100 heal.
If your mules have adoulin access or you feel like getting them to level 50. Better than waiting for poison to do 100 tics if you plan on doing it every week.
Or better yet, just buy hp manipulation gear (astral ring, cassie earring etc)
