Its really an interesting read, but being the Atlantic its long, scholarly, perhaps even pedantic, and erudite. Really, I don't care how well educated you are you may have to research a few words. To be fair, they are introduced in quotes from the book.
Most of us, whatever our political leanings, will agree with what he is saying.

The ***you say happened still didn't happen, you just gaslight yourselves into thinking everyone agrees with you that they did. If what you said happened actually happened then the DNC would of long since stormed the White House and dragged President Trump away in chains to be cast into some dungeon. The Republicans wouldn't project him either, if President Trump gets removed then Vice President Pence becomes President, something the Republicans would greatly desire. The fact that President Trump is still the President it telling on how much of nothing is happening.

Test: Take a magnetic cube. 
Place it in enough Ferrofluid to form a Taurus.
Spin it as fast AS possible. Maybe even w/ a high rpm drill.
Result: The Magnetic Field will stretch outward flatened. Assuming it holds onto the Ferrofluid which it sure af should . . the Taurus will keep the speed from center outward strecthing the Taurus to replicate a Galaxy spiral formation. The outer edge of the Magnetic Field will not keep pace w/ the Innermost part of the rotation.

If I were the Democrats I'd be out talking to workers in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Ohio instead of this silly Russian spy novel. When the whole conspiracy theory inevitably falls about in a few months all that Democrats will be left with is a booming economy, 15-year low unemployment, record high stock market, possibly two new Supreme Court Justices, tax reform, a Syrian cease-fire, ISIS destroyed and illegal border crossings down 75% all in Trump's first year. While the whole time, all Democrats did was #resist, obstruct, and talk about Russia.
