Ice extend is quite high this year, so high that a global warming research team had to cancel their trip due to heavy ice.

https://wattsupwiththat.com/2017/06/15/arctic-expedition-cancelled-due-to-excess-climate-change/

Quote:
Large Canadian Arctic climate change study cancelled due to climate change

The Science Team of the Canadian Research Icebreaker CCGS Amundsen has cancelled the first leg of the 2017 Expedition due to complications associated with the southward motion of hazardous Arctic sea ice, caused by climate change.

This regrettably postpones the much-anticipated Hudson Bay System Study (BaySys) involving 40 scientists from five universities across Canada. Timing was key for this $17 million, four-year, University of Manitoba-led project.

The need to deal with extreme ice conditions in the south meant the ship would arrive too late on site to meet research objectives.

The decision to terminate the 2017 program has significant impacts on partners and the large number of graduate students involved.

“Considering the severe ice conditions and the increasing demand for Search And Rescue operations (SAR) and ice escort, we decided to cancel the BaySys mission. A second week of delay meant our research objectives just could not be safely achieved – the challenge for us all was that the marine ice hazards were exceedingly difficult for the maritime industry, the CCG, and science,” says Dr. David Barber, Expedition Chief Scientist and BaySys Scientific Lead.

That ***was funny to read. Global Warming is causing the world to be too cold and creating too much arctic ice. This is getting to the point where everyone just see's right through it.
When it's cooler, the ice is more stable and less likely to travel - the opposite of the conditions that caused the cancellation. It's even detailed in the source article that the WUWT link deliberately misinterpreted.
While Im not convinced we are destroying the climate. It's still probly best to continue to study what effects we are causing the planet to experience such as the...
HUMANS HAVE INADVERTENTLY CREATED ARTIFICIAL BARRIER AROUND EARTH - I mean. We dont want to create our own extinction . .

Pleebo, call some alarmists, hell, call Al Gore. You apparently figured out how to blame it on CO2.

They need you!

Alarmists always got an excuse to blame something on evil CO2. It gets colder, it's CO2's fault, it gets warmer, yet still CO2's fault, the Red Sox lose a game, yep still evil CO2's fault.

Er, increased ice hazards don't necessarily mean it's gotten colder or warmer. Something has changed that makes them more likely and/or less predictable.

Cubs win the World Series, not only is it CO2's fault, but the Russians were involved, and so were the lizard people.

So Obama DOJ let this lawyer into the country and then she meets woh Don JR. Smells like a perfect setup for a FISA warrant against the Trump campaign.

White house anon on /pol hinted last night there would be a happening today. I wonder if this whole obama spygate is about to unravel.

Guys, I need help. I'm freaking out. I was walking on the sidewalk this morning when I passed by someone who looked vaguely Russian. Next thing I know I look over and Jim Acosta is hiding in the bushes with a camera. The jig is up, I think I just committed Treason.

So, Chanti, maybe you can tell us this, all of the other liberals here and across the world cannot seem to answer this simple question:

What is the crime that Donald Trump Jr. committed by talking to a Russian lawyer who was allowed in the US by the administration, with personal vetting by the Attorney General herself?

Trump Jr lucked out, big time. He went into a meeting expecting to meet with a Russian gov't official with dirt on Clinton, and he was excited to do so. The attempt to collude is irrefutable, he and his dad got very lucky that the person of interest wasn't what was advertised. But it doesn't change the fact Jr made a huge mistake in not only taking the meeting, but failing to alert the proper authorities. Trump Sr. should get on his knees and thank God that lawyer ended up being a nobody. I'm sure he will enjoy watching his son have to testify as soon as next week.

He supported Donald Trump, the enemy of all free peoples of the world. For this grievously heinous crime he should be tortured before being quartered with pieces of his body placed in public viewing to serve as a warning to anyone else who would support the Great Evil One.

IDK, I haven't read the article yet.

But there are conservatives who think a crime was committed too. Why don't you tell me what crime conservatives think he committed?

So when do we haul clinton under oath for her role with the Ukrainian government?

Lets not forget, she actually did collude with them.

There is no law against "collusion", which is just a word for "working together" that has a nefarious connotation. President Obama's campaign along with President Hillaries campaign colluded with many foreign government officials.

Liberals just making ***up now and then getting offended at their made up ***.

And this thread is why the protections of the US Constitution, all of them, are absolutely necessary for a free society. Imagine having a trial where one of these buffoons was the government.

"Well, since there was no law against what they were doing, we decided to just make one up and convict they of that".

Scary dark age ***right there.
