I can't play due to stupid region lock. I tried to play by on emulator but the game refuses to start (got the .apk from apkmirror, version 1.0.2). It just gives the "stopped" error.

Two a day during the release event, until the 20th? I think, but it seems like we get one a weekend for logging in too.
Anyone else's greet button greyed out? I was able to click it once a few days ago, but haven't since, unless it's just a permanent thing and keeps doing it with just one click

I like how I can do a lvl 30 lunatic easier than a lvl 30 hard... lol
got a lot of 4 stars and one 5 on my new file. Much better

Did a bunch of rerolls, ended up getting 5 star Robin, 5 star Camille, and a 4 star Tiki. Next roll of 5 was pretty bad to make up for that though, with 4 star Tharja being the lone good pull.

Never been into this series before - Too lazy to reroll, got a bunch of 3 stars and a couple of 4 stars...no 5 stars. Ah well, I've played ffxi for 14 years, I should be used to grinding.

The game is very limited right now when it comes to grinding, though. You'll reach the end pretty quickly.
4* are enough to steamroll the whole game granted you get certain characters/play rock paper scissor properly, Camilla exists as 4* and has access to 100% of what makes her deadly, to give an example.

Nintendo has stated that they will be updating and adding stuff ever 2 weeks,this includes maps , chars and chapters as well as eventual modes , and with the mining people did where they found Xmas chars I assume holiday events

I know the feeling lol I've pulled about five Cecilia's so far...
Not sure if it's just luck, but all 3 of my 5*s have come from Deep Devotion, yet the other one is sitting at 4%? 5%?ish for a 5* and I continuously pull 3* and 4*, yet Deep Devotion is barely 3%.

Even when buffed, I don't have anyone who can get through his bottleneck of goonery on Hard mode. I'm a little envious that you all have Camilla cuz she'd be perfect in this fight.

No idea about the meta in the game at the moment, but I'm assuming this is a decent spot to stop?

Takumi is one of the three strongest chars in the game atm and Camilla is situationally OP

Takumi is extremely popular in the community since he can counter at any distance, which is something only a handful of characters can do. Factoring in his all around good stats and his ranged attacks makes him one of the top characters. He doesn't have any glaring weaknesses.
Camilla is also very popular, but she's vulnerable to archers (made worse with how popular Takumi is). Fortunately, she's one of the hardest hitters and a gets to hit twice, meaning she can easily one-shot many characters. Being able to fly is a distinct advantage on most battlefields, and you can really tease the enemy AI with it. Most of the characters in the game are red (primarily swords), so she often has a type disadvantage in PVP.
Frederick isn't going to impress you like Camilla will, though he gets a bonus against armored enemies. Can't deal with magic very well though, and fairly slow. Horse riders can travel further, which I think is highly underrated by other players. Still, weak to red, so many of the popular characters like Marth, Lyn, and Tiki would probably one shot him.
I don't know about the other two, but I think Setsuna can learn Bowbreaker, which would cripple any enemy archers (see Takumi).
