I'm doing the quests for my Barkarole Earring, but I'm having trouble getting to G-10 in Marjami. I'm guessing there's some tunnels I have to go through, but can't find the entrance. Can anyone help me out?

It is on the upper level at G-10, North-West of the G-10 section. I can't remember 100% how to get there, but I know I had the same issues. Maybe there was a ramp south of it?
