Isn't being Canadian like living in the US' attic?

It's like living here:

Ever since I was a child New Jersey has rightfully been called the armpit of the nation.

I think it has a LOT to do with the simple fact that I-95 is routed through the most heavily industrialized part of the state.

P. S. Beware of exit 4.

I think Canadian elections are important to Canadians.

Besides, their last national election got them a gorgeous hunk of a prime minister...

His wife isn't bad on the eyes either.

I can see why Canada has an interest though with Trumps talk of annulling NAFTA since that would affect the economy and industries that interact with the US on a daily basis.

"All my life I thought of America a certain way"; anyone else feeling like Charles de Gaulle?

I, uh. I mean.

Given 90% of people having watched the second half of the movie, I feel compelled ethically to ask:

Should we call the police for you?

In expectations that Trump will not lose graciously, if he loses, people keep highlighting "We've had the longest history of peaceful transitions of power" blah blah.

Gore didn't exactly rally people to war (hey, Trump might not) but he threw a hissy-fit.

Say what you like about the electoral college and popular vote and all that, but he knew going into it that the electoral vote is what he needed to win.

Yes, I think we could totally have elections based on the popular vote, but we presently don't and Gore knew that going in.

I also know that Gore wasn't involved in the transition of power, but that was his whole problem.

If Trump loses, he won't be, and that's the whole point.

If Trump wins, he probably won't be there for the speech. He'll be baring his bum against the window closest to Hilary Clinton.

You pays your ticket, you takes your chances.

But I wouldn't go anywhere near anything that might be mistaken for an offer if I were you.

Yeah, I don't get it.

All I'm saying is that, if Trump wins, we would all be rubbing it in Clinton's face because she, a woman who's practically guaranteed the presidency if it wasn't for her trust issues and multiple infractions of the law, lost to a man who's arrogance is legendary. So legendary that it deserves it's own word: Trumpogance.

Also, I copywrote that word, so now you owe me $.25 for reading it. Pay up!

One of the most powerful families in Washington keeps having run-ins with 'the law' and keeps getting found innocent/just reckless.

Suspicious behavior surrounds her regularly (like Lynch and Clinton's little meeting, too bad they finally learned not to use email)

A lot of it is partisan crap, but a lot of it is that she's shady as hell. Yeah Trump is too, but the difference is that it's acceptable to say that.

Where there's smoke.. all the time..
