Player Warning: Lalo

So just did a ISNM3k with a group of people and our WHM, Lalo, was quite the handful and warped out on us in the middle of a run. We asked him numerous times to haste the DDs to speed up the killing and he would get short with us. He also had the habit of overspending MP. This isn't my first encounter with Lalo and his behavior either. He used to be in my LS and would cause the same kind of scene but I figure this was enough to merit a warning on his behavior since he bailed out on us. =\
